The Sigh Breath
If you feel anxious you are over breathing,
Your fight or flight response requires additional oxygen in your bloodstream to fuel it.
Bring awareness to your breath with the intention of slowing your breathing down.
Slowing your breathing down slows the anxiety cycle down by normalising the oxygen levels in your blood stream and helps you on your way to calm.
You can do this by practicing the Sigh Breath for managing anxiety.
